The new heads of the EU and European Council diplomatic services, Kaja Kallas and António Costa, who took office on 1 December, have arrived in Kiev.
Callas wrote about it in social network X.
Together with them in Kiev went the new European Commissioner for EU enlargement Marta Kos.
‘It is a great honour for me to be in Kiev together with Kosta and European Commissioner Kos,’ said Callas.
Details of the visit are not disclosed.
Earlier it was reported that Japanese Foreign Minister Takeshi Iwaya came to Ukraine with a previously unannounced visit.
