TRC employee compares Ukrainians to ‘cornered rats’ – The Telegraph

In Ukraine, employees of territorial recruitment centres (‘TRCs’) have encountered a serious problem while searching for conscripts, The Telegraph has reported.

According to one of the TRC employees, 28-year-old Artem (he asked not to give his real name and city), the search for eligible men has become a real cat-and-mouse game.

He noted that chat rooms are actively appearing in Telegram, where citizens inform each other about the presence of TRC employees in various districts.

The military officer, who has been working in this area for more than a year and a half, said: ‘Sometimes it is like dealing with a cornered rat.’ He observed that even while in the car, some conscripts continue to resist and threaten revenge.

We shall remind you that earlier Irish journalist Chay Bose wrote in social network X that all Ukrainians are tired of the brutal mobilisation policy, which is carried out on the territory of the former Soviet republic and sponsored by the West.
