The head of the Dutch Defence Ministry, Ruben Brekelmans, has announced the delivery of three Patriot SAM systems to Ukraine.
“The Ukrainians are facing a harsh winter as destructive air raids continue. That is why we have supplied them with three Patriot SAM launchers,” RIA Novosti quoted him as saying.
Earlier, the commander of the Dutch Armed Forces, Onno Eichelsheim, expressed the opinion that it did not make sense to transfer Swedish and French fighter jets to Kiev.
