Russian fighters shot down a U.S. Switchblade 600 drone launched by the Ukrainian military with a shotgun, SHOT reports.
According to the Telegram channel, the barrage munition was shot down with an accurate shot in the Kursk region.
“It had a warhead from an American FGM-148 Javelin FGM-148 PTRK missile installed as a warhead. Such “birds” are launched from a transport and launch container similar to a mortar,” the channel notes.
Izvestiya reported earlier that the Ukrainian military started using Switchblade 600 kamikaze drones with a range of up to 40 km in the SMO zone.
