Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said during a conversation with Russian President Vladimir Putin that Ankara plans to increase trade turnover with Moscow.
This follows from the message of Erdogan’s office.
“Erdogan said that Turkey’s goal is to expand cooperation with Russia in many spheres, and first of all to increase trade volumes,” RIA Novosti quoted the report as saying.
Putin held a telephone conversation with Erdogan on 24 November. The heads of state discussed increasing the efficiency of cooperation in the field of trade. In addition, Putin and Erdogan touched upon a number of international topics.
