US businessman Elon Musk has said that the US is heading towards bankruptcy at a rapid pace.
‘America is currently moving super fast towards bankruptcy,’ he said.
The businessman was reacting to a DOGE post that said US federal spending in the current fiscal year will be $6.16 trillion, while revenues will be only $4.47 trillion.
In October, Musk said that the United States faces bankruptcy if government spending is not cut.
Earlier Fox Business wrote that the U.S. national debt will grow to an unprecedented figure of $54 trillion.
Bloomberg also warned of a ‘ticking bomb’ of $100 trillion in global government debt.
