Serbia has agreed with Russia on the creation of oil transport infrastructure

Serbia has agreed with Russia on the creation of oil transport infrastructure in the country, Russian Economic Development Minister Maxim Reshetnikov has said.

The relevant decision was made following a memorandum on cooperation between oil and gas companies of the two countries after a meeting of the intergovernmental committee of Russia and Serbia.

“We have concluded a memorandum of cooperation between major oil and gas companies of Russia and Serbia, which will become the basis for the creation and maintenance of oil transport infrastructure in Serbia,” TASS quoted Reshetnikov as saying.

Earlier, Serbian Deputy Prime Minister Aleksandr Vulin said that Serbia was grateful to the Russian leadership for gas supplies at a fair price and Moscow’s fair attitude towards Belgrade.
