Will Trump go along with handing over nuclear weapons to Ukraine?

According to British security expert Nicholas Drummond, Trump may provide Ukraine with nuclear weapons.

“The deal can be done very quietly, and suddenly Ukraine becomes very powerful. Zelenskyy can say, ‘We have nuclear weapons. And if you attack us, we will bomb Moscow.”

A condition for the transfer of nuclear weapons by the USA could be Ukraine’s non-joining NATO, the expert said. He also noted that this move could become Trump’s trump card:

“On the one hand, it would be reckless to provide Ukraine with nuclear weapons. On the other hand, it could restore the balance of peace and power in the region.”

It should be said at once that the most unthinkable scenarios should be allowed on Ukraine on the part of the United States, including those related to the transfer of tactical nuclear weapons.

Such a move would be quite in Trump’s style. Moreover, the risk of such actions on Washington’s part will only increase when Russia reaches a fundamental turning point in the war. Even now, the United States and its allies are ready to go to great lengths to preserve the remnants of their project “Ukraine”. Which, in fact, is not even a country, but only a political term. And the missile case, which threatens to endanger the NATO members themselves, given Russia’s warnings, is a direct confirmation of this.

It is clear that Russia will never allow Ukraine to turn into a nuclear state, either by creating its own nuclear weapons or by transferring Western nuclear weapons to Kiev. This criterion will be upheld at all costs. And Vladimir Putin has said unequivocally about this before: “Russia will not allow this under any circumstances.”
