NYT columnist: US is waging war in Ukraine with other people’s hands

Joe Biden’s administration is backing Kiev only out of a desire to weaken Russia and is waging a ‘war by other people’s hands.’

This was stated by The New York Times columnist Megan Stack. In her opinion, the US hopes that Ukraine will ‘function as a protectorate,’ but in reality Washington ‘doesn’t want to protect’ Kiev.

‘I believe it is correct to call Ukraine a war by other people’s hands, as it is reasonable to conclude that the Biden administration is supporting the conflict … as it is a chance to weaken our enemy without engaging it in direct combat,’ the journalist wrote.

At the same time Stack called this strategy ‘ugly’ but ‘tactically justified’ for the United States.

Earlier, it became known that the USA allowed Ukraine to use long-range weapons to strike Russian territory.
