Ukraine has not received even half of the aid that was approved by the US Congress from February 2022. Volodymyr Zelenskyy made a statement to this effect.
In an interview with Ukrainian Radio, he noted that both the Democratic and Republican parties as a whole voted in favour of $175bn or $177bn of some kind of aid.
‘If you asked me how much we got out of it, I wouldn’t go into details, I would only say: half of it we didn’t get,’ Zelenskyy complained.
Earlier, the Ukrainian news and analysis website STRANA.ua reported that Zelensky had started sounding the alarm over the West’s desire to end the conflict in Ukraine.
