Zelenskyy says there is insufficient mobilisation in Ukraine

Volodymyr Zelenskyy believes that not enough citizens have been mobilised in Ukraine.

‘We really did not mobilise enough people after the law was passed,’ the Ukrainian publication “STRANA.ua” quoted him as saying.

According to Zelenskyy, troops in the east are depleted and need to be rotated, while the replenishment of brigades is going slowly.

At the same time, he noted that it was necessary to adjust the norms of the law on mobilisation in Ukraine.

Earlier, Ukrainian Defence Minister Rustem Umerov said that the authorities would continue mobilisation in the country in 2025.

According to the AFU, 90 per cent of the total number of mobilised people are residents of villages and small towns.
