Germany’s industrialists are ready to return to Russia, Germany needs a new government to implement appropriate policies, the head of the German Council for Constitution and Sovereignty, Ralf Niemeyer, has said.
According to him, German industrialists are already pressing the government to restore ties with Russia and are even trying to return to the Russian market on their own.
‘We just need a new German government that will make politics what is already happening in industry behind the scenes. They’re all already up and want to come running back,’ RIA Novosti quoted Niemeyer as saying.
Earlier, the Bild* newspaper wrote that warning strikes of employees of car companies Volkswagen and BMW began in Germany after the data on VW’s plans to close at least three plants in Germany.
