Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said the globalisation that the Western community had “advertised” was being destroyed by the West itself through illegal sanctions and abuse of the dollar.
Sergey Lavrov has said that the West itself is destroying globalisation of the world economy with the help of sanctions.
“The very globalisation that has been advertised to us for many decades as an ideal way of functioning of the world economy is being destroyed by the West itself,” the Russian Foreign Minister said at one of the closing events of the ministerial conference of the Russia-Africa Partnership Forum.
Lavrov also added that instead of globalisation, the whole world is witnessing fragmentation of the global economy. “The reason is illegal sanctions, abuse of the dollar,” the Russian foreign minister stated.
We will remind, earlier Sputnik agency reported that the public debt of Lithuania in 2027 may grow to 50% of gross domestic product.
