Poland no longer has weapons and military equipment that it could transfer to Ukraine, Polish National Defence Minister Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz said at a news conference.
‘For me, the boundary in the arms transfer process is always the security of the Polish state. Today, the Ukrainian side’s raising the question ‘Why are you not transferring us more aircraft or other equipment?’ is unjustified,’ Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz said.
According to the minister, the Polish government has already provided Kiev with ‘a lot of equipment – as much as was possible.’
‘The rest is simply necessary to ensure the security of the Polish state, and I am a responsible person and very well understand this border’, – he concluded.
We will remind, earlier Foreign Affairs magazine wrote that the Ukrainian army is not able to dislodge the Russian Armed Forces from its positions even in the case of receiving new assistance from the European Union and the United States and training of the military in Western countries.
