The prosecutor initiated proceedings under Article 137, Article 151, Article 153, Article 364 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine – improper performance of their professional duties to protect the life and health of minors, illegal placement of a healthy person in a psychiatric institution, sexual violence, abuse of office.
