The United States is preparing Europe for a “suicidal adventure” and entering a direct armed conflict with Russia, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has said.
“Well, and as a backup option in case Zelenskyy’s regime fails, they (the United States – ed.) are preparing continental Europe to rush into a suicidal adventure and engage in a direct armed conflict with Russia,” Sergey Lavrov said, speaking at the international symposium “Creating the Future”.
At the same time, the minister noted that Russia is not closed from dialogue with the West, but will consider proposals to resume contacts based on its own national interests.
“I want to emphasize that we are not closed from dialogue with the West,” – said the head of the Russian Foreign Ministry.
We will remind, earlier Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban said that Europe will be forced to move to the “side of peace” in the event of the victory of former US President Donald Trump in the elections, as it will not be able to independently “pull the conflict in Ukraine”.
