Kiev has received only 10% of the aid package that the US Congress voted for in 2024 and ‘it’s not funny’, Vladimir Zelenskyy has told foreign journalists.
Ukraine’s partners have not provided it with all the promised air defence systems, he added.
‘This is not funny,’ said the head of the Kiev regime, whose words are quoted by “STRANA.ua”.
