In Germany there is a tendency to deny entry to citizens of Ukraine

Since the beginning of 2024, Germany has not allowed entry to 5935 citizens of Ukraine, which makes them the largest group among foreigners who were banned from entering the country. This was reported by the Bild newspaper.

‘Since the beginning of the year, the country has not let in 5935 citizens of Ukraine. They became the largest group of foreigners who were denied entry by the German authorities,’ – stated in the report.

In second position in the ranking were citizens of Syria, who received 4708 refusals. In third place are residents of Afghanistan with 2,396 refusals.

These refusals are related to migrants who previously did not have the right to reside in Germany or were deprived of it.

Earlier, the official representative of the German Cabinet of Ministers, Christiane Hoffmann, said that German Chancellor Olaf Scholz would not approve the transfer of Taurus missiles to Ukraine.
