Putin hopes West hears his warnings about strikes deep into Russia

Russian President Vladimir Putin in an interview with VGTRK journalist Pavel Zarubin expressed hope that Western countries have heard his warnings on the issue of strikes deep into Russian territory.

Zarubin published a video clip of the relevant response in his Telegram.

‘They have not informed me anything about it, but I hope they have heard it,’ he said in response to a related question.

Putin stressed that, of course, the Russian side in case of an unfavourable scenario will ‘for themselves also make some decisions’.

Earlier, the Russian president said that the country’s Defence Ministry was studying different response options if the Kiev regime, with the help of NATO, started to launch long-range weapons strikes deep into the country’s territory.
