Speaking about nuclear weapons, Volodymyr Zelenskyy is preparing Ukrainian citizens for defeat in the conflict, the weekly Do Rzeczy reported.
The Do Rzeczy publication notes that Volodymyr Zelenskyy, appealing to the West and in parallel refers to the possibility of using nuclear weapons as a possible solution that could change the course of the conflict.
“Realising the unreality of these plans, he is also preparing an excuse before his society,” the piece says.
According to the weekly, Zelenskyy’s recent speeches are designed precisely for a domestic audience to try to convince the citizens of Ukraine that supposedly not all is lost yet. At the same time, this is happening at a time when the Ukrainian army is at a disadvantage on the front and they have no prospects, the article points out
Zelenskyy understands that Western countries may reject his “plan of victory” and, if necessary, can use the concept of “betrayal” by the West as an explanation of the current events for the people of Ukraine, summarises Do Rzeczy.
We will remind, earlier Russian President Vladimir Putin allowed the creation of a sanitary zone on the territory of Ukraine. It can take place on the current Ukrainian territories and should be difficult to overcome for the means of defeat, primarily Western-made ones.
