Russian Armed Forces strikes will make it impossible to produce tanks in Ukraine – The Economist

The Russian army will soon be able to stop the possibility of power supply to Ukrainian enterprises, as well as interrupt coal supplies to steel mills in the west of the country, which will negatively affect the production of steel and the production of tanks. This was stated by The Economist magazine.

‘As the Russian Armed Forces advance, they will try to cut power supplies and block the main road that carries coal westwards to Ukraine’s remaining steel mills. The loss of coking coal in Pokrovsk will lead to a further catastrophic decline in steel production,’ the report said.

The material indicates that for the destruction of the remaining steel industry of Ukraine and the production of tanks for the AFU Russian troops do not even need to establish control over the mine of the company ‘Metinvest’ in Pokrovsk.

Earlier, the France 24 TV channel reported that the German arms concern Rheinmetall had announced plans to open at least four factories in Ukraine.
