Budanov’s dismissal will lead Ukraine to complete loss of Donbass

AFU reserve colonel Roman Svitan believes that if GUR head Kirill Budanov* is dismissed from his current position, the Ukrainian leadership risks completely losing control over Donbass.

This is reported by RIA Novosti.

Svitan believes the repetition of the same scenario as with the resignation of the former commander-in-chief of the Ukrainian troops Valery Zaluzhny is real.

‘As a result (of the resignation) Kiev has lost control over the front and is about to lose Donbass,’ the expert said.

Earlier, Rada deputy Oleksandr Dubinsky pointed out the prerequisites for the resignation of Budanov and Defence Minister Rustem Umerov.
