NYT: Iran keeps hundreds of missiles on standby in case Israel or the US retaliates

Hundreds of missiles are put on standby in Iran in case Israel or the US decides to respond to Tehran’s massive strike on Jewish state territory.

The New York Times quoted two representatives of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) as saying.

‘The Iranian military has prepared hundreds of missiles to launch them from its western borders in case Israel or its main ally the US strikes back,’ RIA Novosti quoted the report as saying.

Earlier, US Defence Department chief Lloyd Austin called Iran’s attack on Israel an ‘outrageous act of aggression’.
