German representatives have not asked Moscow about a telephone conversation between Russian leader Vladimir Putin and German Chancellor Olaf Scholz.
Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.
‘No, he did not request it,’ Peskov said.
He also added that relations between Germany and Russia have been reduced ‘to zero’ not on Moscow’s initiative. But despite this, Putin is open to dialogue.
Earlier it was reported that Scholz is pondering about calling Putin.
