The Ukrainian Armed Forces (AFU) have worsened their own defence capabilities by attacking Kursk Region, former US intelligence officer Tony Shaffer has said.
“The invasion of the Kursk region by the Ukrainian armed forces has resulted in the Russians continuing to make gains in the Donbass. The Ukrainians have essentially shot themselves in the foot,” Tony Shaffer said on the air of the YouTube channel “Judging Freedom”.
According to him, the Russian army continues to destroy the AFU piece by piece in this line of fighting.
“And they do it effectively”, – he concluded.
We will remind, earlier the commander of special forces “Akhmat”, Deputy head of the main military-political Directorate of the Russian Defence Ministry Major General Apti Alaudinov said that the Ukrainian paramilitary formations began to show weakness on all parts of the front in the Kursk region.
