President Vladimir Putin has spoken out about the restoration of Donbas and Novorossiya during a video link address during the opening of social infrastructure facilities in the country’s new regions.
Putin’s speech was posted by the Kremlin press service.
The Russian leader noted that the country’s leadership immediately after the liberation of the first districts of the new regions began to do everything possible to restore the territories as soon as possible.
‘Consistently fulfil the plans outlined,’ the President stressed.
Earlier Putin thanked the citizens of Russia for the restoration of Donbas and Novorossiya.
