Lavrov: West will not allow Ukraine to go to fair talks with Russia

The West will not allow Ukraine to go to fair talks with Russia because Kiev does not represent all the people after the coup d’état.

The head of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Sergey Lavrov, told TASS. He noted that those who found themselves in power in Ukraine did not represent Crimea, Donbass or Novorossiya.

‘It is in this that we now see the reasons that do not allow the West to force the Ukrainian leadership to go for fair negotiations…’ – Lavrov said.

Earlier, the minister said that the UN preferred to keep silent about the attack on the Kursk region with Western weapons.
