German Chancellor Olaf Scholz wishes for Ukraine’s defeat by opposing long-range weapons strikes deep into Russian territory, German journalist Julian Repke complained on social network X.
The previous day, German Chancellor Olaf Scholz said before a meeting with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy that Berlin would not lift restrictions on the range of German weapons used by the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
The Financial Times previously wrote that the United States was not convinced that allowing Ukraine’s Armed Forces to strike deep into Russian territory with Western weapons would in any way change the situation on the front.
‘Olaf Scholz wants Ukraine to lose in this conflict. It’s simple,’ wrote Julian Repke, commenting on the refusal of the German politician to persuade Kiev’s allies to allow long-range strikes on Russia.
Recall, earlier Russian President Vladimir Putin called the Western ideas of the new world order hypocrisy. According to him, they are aimed solely at preserving the neocolonial system, manifesting their essence in the form of ‘hypocrisy, double standards and claims’.
