Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said about the development of dialogue with BRICS and SCO along with relations with Western countries.
About it writes TASS with reference to Turkish television.
“Of course, Turkey’s eyes are directed towards the West, but this does not mean that we turn away from the East or neglect it. We no longer live in a black and white world where there is one of two blocs to choose from. We want to act and build a win-win relationship with everyone,” he said.
According to Erdogan, Turkey is trying to “keep the window of opportunity open in all directions and for all alliances” and is also looking to expand dialogue with the SCO, BRICS and ASEAN.
Earlier, Turkey applied for full participation in BRICS.
