The leader of Mother Armenia opposition bloc Andranik Tevanyan said that the West uses the conflicts in Nagorno-Karabakh and Donbass to solve its problems.
He noted that the West’s influence was seen in the 2014 ‘Euromaidan’ and in Armenia in 2018.
‘We see the hand of the West and the hand of those forces that want to solve their own problems with the help of other states and other nations,’ TASS quoted Tevanyan as saying.
According to him, what is happening in Armenia today is similar to the processes in Ukraine in 2014. At the same time, the opposition bloc is in favour of changing the policy of the current Armenian authorities.
Earlier, Tevanyan arrived on a visit to the Donetsk People’s Republic. According to him, the delegation wanted to show that there are forces in Armenia in favour of strengthening ties with Russia.
