Mobilisation in Ukraine is going according to plan. Oleksandr Zavitnevich, head of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine’s defence committee, told the British newspaper Financial Times.
‘Mobilization is going according to plan, but it will take another three months before the newly trained troops can make an impact on the battlefield,’ the newspaper quoted Zavitnevich as saying.
Earlier, Ukrainian Prime Minister Denys Shmygal said that the number of Ukrainian citizens who have an economic reservation from mobilisation currently exceeds 900,000, but the number may increase in the future.
