US does not support AFU strikes with long-range weapons deep into Russian Federation – Kirby

White House Coordinator for Strategic Communications John Kirby said on Tuesday, 10 September, that the USA still does not support strikes by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) deep into Russian territory.

John Kirby commented on the announcement of talks between US President Joe Biden and British Prime Minister Keir Starmer on the use of the AFU transferred by the West long-range weapons.

“Nothing has changed in our view. We do not enable or support attacks deep into Russia. And definitely – not with US-made weapons. This is still our policy and our approach”, – said the White House coordinator for strategic communications on CNN.

We will remind, earlier American Secretary of State Anthony Blinken said that Joe Biden on Friday, 13 September, will discuss with Keir Starmer permission for the AFU to strike the territory of Russia with long-range weapons.
