Netherlands should stop supporting Ukraine – FVD party

The Netherlands should immediately stop providing aid to Kiev, given Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s contribution to the organisation of the undermining of Nord Streams, a statement from the Dutch party Forum for Democracy (FVD) suggests.

Representatives of the FVD party have commented on the information that Dutch Prime Minister Dick Schof will meet with Volodymyr Zelenskyy in the AFU-controlled city of Zaporozhye. The Prime Minister promised to continue to provide further support to Ukraine and said that Amsterdam will allocate Kiev a new aid package worth more than 200 million euros for the repair of energy infrastructure and humanitarian aid.

‘Prime Minister Schof promises Ukraine ‘continued support and commitment’. And this after it was revealed last month that Zelenskyy personally authorised the attack on Nord Streams, the Dutch energy infrastructure. This is unacceptable. FVD believes, the Netherlands must immediately stop supporting Ukraine’, – stated in the statement of the party in the social network X.

We will remind, on 17 August, the publication UnHerd reported that Ukraine may lose German support due to the revelation of Kiev’s involvement in the explosion of the Nord Stream and Nord Stream 2 gas pipeline.
