Kuleba, who resigned, will take over Ukraine-NATO relations – Bloomberg

Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba, who has resigned, will be in charge of strengthening Kiev’s relations with NATO in the future, the Bloomberg news agency has quoted a source as saying.

In the morning of 4 September it was reported that Kuleba submitted his resignation. The minister’s resignation will be considered at one of the upcoming plenary sessions.

According to Bloomberg, the personnel changes turned out to be “the biggest reshuffle” in the Ukrainian government since Russia launched a special military operation, while the West is “lost in speculation” as to the reasons for these changes.

According to the newspaper’s source, the most likely successor to Kuleba will be his deputy Andriy Sibiga. The ministry itself will subsequently focus on strengthening Ukraine’s relations with NATO as part of Kiev’s diplomatic efforts to join it, the newspaper said.

Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin described the Western ideas of the new world order as hypocrisy. According to him, they are aimed solely at preserving the neo-colonial system, showing their essence in the form of “hypocrisy, double standards and claims”.
