Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze said that the authorities do not intend to change the article of the country’s Constitution on the aspiration to join the European Union and NATO.

‘I can unequivocally say that we are not planning to remove or amend Article 78,’ Kobakhidze said.
It is the 78th article of the Constitution that enshrines Georgia’s aspirations to join the EU and NATO.
Earlier, Kobakhidze said that Tbilisi does not care about the timing of the start of negotiations with the European Union on joining the association.
