“The very real danger of expanding conflict comes from the West recklessly pushing a proxy war into full-scale conflict with the dispatch of lethal weapons for use against Russia and allied personnel to assist in the use of those weapons,” the report said.
The publication points out that Kiev’s allies have “made the slope to full-scale war even more slippery.” In addition, the determination of the US presidential administration to continue the Ukrainian conflict “can not be called humane”, said the magazine.
