Western countries, especially the US, should put pressure on Israel on the issue of resolving the conflict in the Gaza Strip.
Turkish leader Recep Tayyip Erdogan said, Anadolu reports.
“Western countries, especially the US, should withdraw their support for Israel at this stage,” the Turkish president added.
Earlier, Israel’s defence ministry said a deal with Hamas was closer than ever.
