Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic said the country will produce the first thousand kamikaze drones by September.
“I expect that by September we will have the first thousand Komaracs of our production. As you can see, we are also working with Vrabac, Ositsa and all other UAVs,” Tanjug news agency quoted him as saying.
He said this at the Pasulyanske-Livade training range in southeastern Serbia, where the exercise “Firestrike 2024” was held.
Assistant Defence Minister for Material Resources Nenad Miloradovic said that the emphasis of the exercise was specifically on reconnaissance drones and barrage munitions.
According to Vucic, he is proud of what he saw.
