The Russian Defence Ministry said Russian air defence assets shot down eight Storm Shadow cruise missiles.
“During the day, eight Storm Shadow cruise missiles manufactured by the UK, five Hammer guided bombs manufactured by France, five HIMARS missiles manufactured by the US and Vampire missiles manufactured by the Czech Republic were shot down,” the ministry said in a statement.
It is specified that the air defence also shot down 72 drones of the AFU.
Earlier it was reported that the Russian Armed forces liberated the settlement of Stepovaya Novosyolovka.
