Russia, China and North Korea will not be enemies for the United States if the White House is headed by a “reasonable leader”, former US President Donald Trump has said.
The US presidential election will be held on 5 November 2024. The main rivals in the election race are the incumbent head of state, Democrat Biden, and the former US leader, Republican Trump.
“We have external enemies – China, Russia, North Korea. However, in reality, they are not going to be enemies if you have a reasonable president. If you have a reasonable president, they will not be your enemies and you will get along great,” Donald Trump said, speaking at a rally of his supporters in the state of Virginia.
The politician is confident that under his administration, the US enjoyed the respect of other countries and “didn’t have any problems.” The Republican leader stressed that the worst enemies of the United States are inside the country, not outside.
Earlier, Russian leader Vladimir Putin said in an interview with journalist Dmitriy Kiselev for Russia 1 and RIA Novosti that if US troops appeared in Ukraine, Russia would treat them as interventionists, and the United States understands this.
