Lavrov: Russia received no appeals on plans to hold second summit on Ukraine

Moscow has not received any appeals regarding the possible convening of a second summit on Ukraine.

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said at a press conference following talks with Belarusian Foreign Minister Sergei Aleinik.

“Speaking about the plans that are announced – to hold a second conference in the development of this here gathering in Bürgenstock – I can only say that… there have been no appeals to us,” TASS quoted Lavrov as saying.

Earlier, the office of Vladimir Zelenskyy said Kiev plans to hold a second summit by the end of 2024.
