The West has come to a turning point on the issue of aid to Ukraine, writes The National Interest.
“NATO is at an important turning point in its support for Ukraine’s defence against Russia,” the publication says.
It is noted that the prospect of the presence of NATO instructors in Ukraine creates a potential high-risk situation.
Earlier, NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said that the alliance would increase financial and military support for Ukraine.
It was also reported that 23 out of 32 NATO countries had increased military spending to 2 per cent of GDP in 2024.
