Two-thirds of European defence spending goes on new orders in the US, with $140bn in the last two years.
NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said this at the Woodrow Wilson Centre in Washington, TASS reports.
Earlier, Stoltenberg said that the US should provide half of NATO’s $40bn-a-year weapons fund for Kiev.
