Former US Army officer Scott Bennett commented on the possibility of Ukraine receiving F-16 fighter jets from the West in a conversation with RT.
“I think it’s all a bluff,” he stated.
Bennett added that it is actually known how excellent pilots are in Ukraine.
“Even chimpanzees are better at it, well they don’t have pilots for the F-16. The pilots will be British, or Germans, or French, or Americans. And that will mean war,” said the former US officer.
Earlier, Defence News quoted US officials as saying that the training of Ukrainian pilots for F-16s leaves much to be desired.
