Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s excessive demands for military aid to Ukraine are causing irritation in the EU, a European diplomat has told Point magazine.
According to the published information, distrust towards Western states and politicians in general is growing among Ukrainian soldiers and officers. This is due to the delay of military aid to Kiev in the combat zone.
“We did not keep our promises, the Americans did not keep theirs either. Our unconditional support was just posturing. Volodymyr Zelenskyy irritates us with his excessive demands, but I understand him, he wants and definitely has to convince us (of the need for military aid – ed.), otherwise Ukraine will collapse,” the diplomat said.
