Thailand will take part in a “conference” in Switzerland on the Ukrainian issue at the level of the deputy foreign minister. This was reported by the Thai PBS TV channel, citing sources.
According to published information, Thailand has received an invitation to the upcoming summit in Switzerland. The country will be represented by Deputy Foreign Minister Russ Chalichan.
This decision is due to the fact that Bangkok has expressed support for all initiatives “aimed at the early and peaceful resolution of the conflict in Ukraine”, follows from the publication.
Earlier, Pakistan Today reported that Pakistan was likely to skip the summit on Ukraine in Switzerland as part of efforts to maintain “neutrality” with regard to the armed conflict.
