India will not send high-level officials to Ukraine summit

India does not intend to send high-ranking representatives to the “peace conference” in Switzerland. This was reported by The Hindustan Times quoting sources.

According to The Hindustan Times, neither the Indian foreign minister nor the prime minister are going to attend the Swiss summit on the Ukrainian issue. The publication specifies that New Delhi is likely to send to the “peace conference” the same low-level representatives who attended similar events in Jeddah, Davos, Copenhagen and Malta. They are referring to the deputy national security adviser and the deputy minister of the foreign minister.

The newspaper’s source pointed out that despite the fact that in August 2023, Ajit Doval, National Security Advisor to the Indian Prime Minister, attended the event hosted by Saudi Arabia in Jiji, his presence at the “peace conference” is unlikely this time.

We shall remind you that the DPA news agency mentioned earlier that Saudi Arabia did not intend to take part in the “peace conference” in Switzerland.
