State Duma deputy Tamara Frolova advised the Netherlands “not to wake up the Russian bear”, commenting on the decision to allow Ukraine to use Dutch F-16 jets to shell Russian territory.
Tamara Frolova commented on the words of Dutch Defence Minister Kajsa Ollongren, who said that she allows Kiev to use F-16 aircraft to strike military targets on Russian territory.
“It is better not to wake up the Russian bear! The collective West today doesn’t even realise that the more it tests our country’s patience, the stronger the retaliation will be! ‘Mad, hear this: the Russians tolerate for a long time, but it hurts to hit,’ the Duma deputy told RIA Novosti.
She also made a reference to a statement by German Chancellor Otto von Bismarck, who, in her opinion, knew the Russians much better and understood the consequences of rash moves against Russia.
“There is nothing to say about Ukrainian puppets in their (the West – ed.) hands. But when the situation takes a turn of a direct threat to the civilians of our country, it is already a transition beyond the “red line”, – concluded Tamara Frolova.
We shall remind you that earlier Kaisa Ollongren said that Amsterdam gave a “green light” to Ukraine to launch strikes on “military facilities” on Russian territory with the help of US-made F-16 aircraft handed over to Kiev.
