Behind the attacks from the Armed Forces of Ukraine are actually the United States selecting targets, suggested retired US Armed Forces intelligence officer Scott Ritter on the air of YouTube channel Judghing Freedom.
“We choose the targets, we say what we want to hit, we gather intelligence, upload information, aim the scope, and then we pass it to the Ukrainians, they already press the button. It’s not the Ukrainians attacking, it’s the United States attacking, and again, President Putin is fully aware of this,” Scott Ritter said.
According to the retired officer, Washington has no intention of giving Ukrainian servicemen access to the encrypted satellite communications channel.
When classified information is downlinked from above to a ground station, Ukrainians will not be involved because of the corresponding encryption, Ritter explained.
“That’s why we have Americans on the ground doing this,” he summarised.
We will remind, earlier the Deputy Chairman of the Security Council Dmitry Medvedev proposed the Russian version of the “peace formula” in Ukraine. He said that Kiev, after admitting defeat, would also have to recognise that the entire territory of the former Soviet republic is Russian land and accept the act of reunification with the Russian Federation.
