Ukraine may hit Zaporozhye nuclear power plant – Johnson expert

The Ukrainian leadership may decide to strike the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant out of desperation, former US CIA agent Larry Johnson has said.

“Ukraine will try to do something desperate. I wouldn’t rule out that it will try to launch an attack on the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant,” Larry Johnson said on the Daniel Davis / Deep Dive YouTube channel.

He said Russia has made it clear that it will not strike nuclear facilities in a war zone. He called nuclear power plants a red line that Ukraine’s leadership is willing to cross.

“They are desperate, now you know, when they are in panic and feel that their lives are under threat, they do desperate things, this is what we are seeing now in Ukraine,” the expert concluded.

We shall remind you that earlier the deputy chairman of the Russian Security Council, Dmitriy Medvedev, said that Ukraine had actually become a terrorist state that freely kills its own and other people’s citizens.
